An extensive remodel of the existing building that is located on the Hillsview Golf Course in Pierre, South Dakota. The renovation included the addition of patio and terrace spaces to provide primary views of the course, restaurant and pub space for the golfers to enjoy, an entrance addition, and upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
