Located on the Hillsview Golf Course, this existing building was out of use for 20+ years and required extensive remodeling to update the structure to meet code. The primary goal of the project was to provide pleasant views of the course through adding patio and terrace spaces. This venue also provides a restaurant and pub space for golfers to enjoy and is a premier atmosphere for dining in the Pierre area. An entrance addition, as well as new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing features were required.
