Built as a tenant improvement at Northridge Mall, this 8,100 SF clinic includes a lobby and reception space, blood draw and lab processing, exam rooms, additional patient care rooms, offices, teamwork zone, and staff break areas. CDA surveyed the existing conditions, designed, and provided construction documents in only 3 weeks. Due to accurate and complete documentation, construction completed a full week quicker than the aggressive 13 week schedule.
