This modern apartment building will be the first of two identical buildings constructed along S Rowley Street in Mitchell, South Dakota. The building includes 2 one-bedroom units, 12 two-bedroom units, and 2 three-bedroom units for a total of 16 apartment units, each with their own balcony and separate garage unit designed to match the architectural characteristics of the apartment building. Construction is expected to start in the Summer of 2023.
